Who was the last person you spoke to?

{Imagine Kermit the Frog Introducing the guest performer for the most sensational, muppetational &  celebrational :  this is what we call the muppet show performance ever!}

..............  MR. LOMAN CLARK!

Amazing guy really, really critical to my  human-being right now.  Really helps me learn to apply the tools  and decipher the message of my life right now.  I'm just getting hit with way  too much, too much lessons to much bombardment from the Universe  to deal with on my own right now.  I'm trying to juggle learning the lessons with applying them  and keeping up with crisis after crisis after crisis ( there were really 3)  and just picking and sorting.  It is just amazing how the "coincidences" are stacking up and fanning out all around me and they reiterate or are the precursors  for things that I either have presented in the class I take with Loman Clark   OR  in our one on one counseling sessions.
If I really truly have to grow up some day,  I want to do it with the style that Loman brings to the mix!  And I want to do it to make him proud that he knew me when!

I think if anyone should be cloned it would be Loman, we could all use a Loman Clark in our pocket!
Just this morning I wanted to quit and give up but I knew I had to get out of bed and check with him before I made that decision... that was one of the most rhetorical things I have ever said... I only said it out loud for comic value as I know that it is not even an option.   Just needed someone to pin the bait to I guess!!!!!!!
I will make sure Loman gets to see this and knows where to find my Journal here at Gaia it is part of my Project for his class now!
And some of my fellow students are having a difficult time making or keeping ONE journal wait until I turn in all of my barf!
I also can't wait for the day that I can afford to buy Loman lunch !   and his J will have no problem negotiating with my  P because I have the destination picked out already!

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 01, 2008:

Of fine living. I like quality of life, food, song, textiles, beads... you name it I'd like to imbibe, but of course not in a greedy piggy way, and I love to share the experience with fine people around me!

When was the last time you fell?

Posted on Oct 8th, 2008 by Valerie : Peaceful Warrior Valerie
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for September 30, 2008:

I want to fall in love again, but, I want to apply all of the lessons I've learned on how NOT to do it and whom NOT to do it with. I'm a hopless romantic and either one day I will fall in love again or I will find the romantic bone and dig it out with a rusty spoon and be done with this nonsense ; ) Yea Right... I'm in a place in my life that dictates ALL or NOTHING and it is less painful to deal with nothing than make a huge mistake like the one I made when I married. I declared months ago that I was ready to date again, but that pool of prospects has not been stocked by the Universe so I guess now is not the time for me to fall in love!

I've traveled during that time of year and it is so beautiful I've visted West By God (w.va.) and went to a pumpkin festival, punkin butter, punkin dumplins, punkin fudge, punkin icecream! I LOVE pumpkin! I also love Halloween so it is my favorite time of the year!

Is there anything for which you would give up your life?

Posted on Oct 8th, 2008 by Valerie : Peaceful Warrior Valerie
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for September 29, 2008:

I have huge feelings about this subject. Life and Death are a beautiful balance and I think in general I live well and will die well. Hoga hey! ( any day is a good day to die) So in living my life to the fullest I live nobally so I will die nobally. What ever the cause. Unfortunately I have a friend that wants to die a noble death but is confused about what that means. He thinks saving a princess, fighting a dragon, hand to hand combat or being some ultimate warrior - a knight in shining armor would constitute this. To me the life has to fit the death to be balanced, the poor guy is not being a father to his kids. wants a quick fix to his problems, drinks and has terrible self worth and chooses women that add to the drama. Nothing noble in that!

What does it mean to be a saint?

Posted on Oct 8th, 2008 by Valerie : Peaceful Warrior Valerie
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for September 28, 2008:

A holy person was asked if they prayed? answer was yes holy person was asked if they prayed everyday? answer yes holy person was asked if you pray everyday and do you enjoy it everyday? holy persons answer? I'm only a holy person not a saint. Perfectly imperfect is okay with me. I'm a spirtual being stuck in this human condition.

How do you prepare for the unknown?

Posted on Oct 8th, 2008 by Valerie : Peaceful Warrior Valerie
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for September 27, 2008:

THIS IS THE CURRENT LESSON THE UNIVERSE IS DRILLING INTO MY HEAD RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For a while though I have been working on trying to not only learn but apply the lessons I need to RESPOND and not REACT in the face of adversity. It is especially hard when someone else creates the mess and I am faced with cleaning it up. I've also been learning where my breaking point lies. I can roll and let just so much pass before I become human and snap. I am having a very very difficult time right now and I keep striving to look for the parts I can be grateful for. DAMAGE CONTROL I have to figure it out and figure it quickly or my entire exsistance is going to disintagrate. I don't want to give up I want to have an extreme story of overcoming for gradutation.

What's the farthest you've ever been on your own steam?

Posted on Oct 8th, 2008 by Valerie : Peaceful Warrior Valerie
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for September 26, 2008:

Funny but that is like one concept I have about "meeting my maker" to say well I did not keep score but you see everything, so would you mind telling me... How many more miles did I walk than average? How much money to the penny did I make as a waitress? How many miles did I bicycle in my lifetime (as currently I am doing 25-30 daily)? Just some of the goofy things I to want to know...

What was the last letter you sent?

Posted on Oct 8th, 2008 by Valerie : Peaceful Warrior Valerie
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for September 25, 2008:

I am in the middle of writing one to my sister in NJ right now! She made a horrible mistake in her life and she is paying for it dearly. I want her to have my love and kindness impact her in a more important way than just our phone conversations can provide! Part of the underlying problem that caused her to make a bad mistake I believe was she was looking for approval we never recieved growing up. My letter is filled with nurturing kind words. There is also an invitation to visit me and use my home as a retreat to change her perspective if she wants.
